Donations made to the community are entirely voluntary and cannot be refunded.

By making a purchase and/or donation, you agree your contribution is given willingly, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, Including disciplinary actions as outlined in our community Discord.

All donations are considered final and are not eligible for reimbursement or refund.

Reskinned items on our servers are available for All players to use.

Purchasing a reskinned item from our donator shop does not grant exclusive ownership or sole usage rights to any individual, nor will the item(s) be made available in game to the purchaser for free (In-Game currency) at any time.

Reskinned items are considered added variants to currently available items on the server, and procurement of the items will remain the same as the non-skinned versions, based on server economy.

These items remain part of our shared game environment and can be used by the entire community, at any time.

Any item purchased in our webstore for In-Game items or Reskins will require an order number, attached to your ticket in our Discord.

It is Your Responsibility to Create a ticket to claim your order.

We will not be reaching out to you on any platform regarding the fulfillment of your order.

Some items, like Priority queue and clan tag colors, come with a lifetime use purchase option.

This grants the Original Purchaser lifetime access to those items, for the entire duration of our community, and is valid for use on all servers we may host in the future, provided the original purchaser is in good standing with our community.

Items May not be rolled over to another player or refunded in the event of a disciplinary action as outlined in our refund policy and our community Discord.

To claim and use the lifetime item, the original purchaser must make a ticket in discord EVERY WIPE, this will not be done automatically by Decimation staff.
